AlAlson Azhari Language School is seeking for qualified and experienced teachers and supervisors for the nursery, kindergarten, and primary levels.

 

Education and experience:

• Fluency in the English language

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

• Several years of teaching experience

• At least 2 years of instructional supervision experience (for supervisors)

 

Key Competencies (Teachers):

• Strong content knowledge

• Mastery of general, subject specific, and age-appropriate -pedagogical practices

• Ability to utilize different instructional tools, especially technology

• Can differentiate instruction to address different student needs

• Can collaborate with supervisors and teachers for ongoing development

• A good level of computer literacy

 

Duties and Responsibilities (Supervisors):

• Hiring teachers

• Developing and implementing professional development sessions for new and existing teachers

• Coaching multiple teachers and providing one-on-one support (ex: feedback, demo lessons, etc.)

• Ensuring that all students succeed academically and develop holistically 

• Developing, supplementing, and supervising the implementation of curriculum and co-curricular activities
